How does the process work?
1st meeting: Depending where you are in the world, we can either meet in person or on a video call. You will tell me your story and the vision you have for your special day. We talk about the progress of your project (starting from zero, in progress or almost finalised) to determine your needs and my future role.
The meeting goes well and I am the right fit for your event: we embark on a great adventure.
I offer you trusted service providers who match your needs and your budget, I make sometimes unexpected suggestions to make your project even more special, I imagine and conceptualise atmospheres in accordance with your style, your tastes and your preferences.

If these steps are already finalized or in the process of being finalized, I adapt. ​​I advise you on the decisions already made and those to come and I see the project through until the Day of coordination.
Time passes but we remain in contact at each stage of progress of the project and we remain available to answer your daily questions. Your peace of mind: my commitment.

DAY OF COORDINATOR
The ideal option for couples who have taken full charge of the organisation of their wedding, but who understand the need to hand over the reins on the day-of to make the most of it. I will ensure the smooth running of your wedding. I will manage the service providers, guide the guests, control the timing and deal with the unexpected.
In order to carry out this very special day for you, I collect all the information and all the essential documents from you, your service providers and your "key" guests in advance and plan this day down to the smallest detail (technical visit to the place of reception, roadmaps sent to service providers, checklist for the bride and groom of elements to remember, etc.). You just have to fully enjoy your wedding without worrying about anything!

Starting at 4,900
This is the ultimate package and experience! It includes a full planning PLUS all aspects of the design and decor. It starts by discussing your desires for ambiance and atmosphere. It needs to be all about the two of you and your personalities in order to offer you a project that is unique and unforgettable.
You will share with me your favorite inspiration pictures and Pinterest pins. Following our meeting, we I will work on a extensive moodboard for your wedding decoration. On this mood board, all the elements of your wedding are well thought out: The color palette, the materials, the lights, the furniture, the flowers, etc. Once it corresponds exactly to what you expected and you validate it, the first step is over!
Then comes the development of the shopping list, the sourcing of rental providers, the quote proposal for the tailor-made creations made by me and my team.
I will do a full planning and when the big day arrives, my team and I will install everything while you are being pampered and sipping a cold glass of bubbly with your friends and family without thinking about decorations and centerpieces!
